Lustrelash Terms and Conditions.
These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end our contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.
It is wholly your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access by you of our site and services, by using our services, this Is your full acceptance of using our platform.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature, our use actions with an intention to cause harm to our brand or company.
Any breach or violation of any of our terms will result in an immediate termination of your account and ability to future purchase our lines.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on to our site.
Why you should read terms and conditions?
Our terms and conditions are set as a mutual agreement between Lustrelash ltd and “you” the consumer or business customer.
In some areas, you will have different rights under these terms depending on whether you are a business or consumer customer.
We advise you to read these carefully to ensure you understand and agree to these terms before your purchase. “We” cannot be held accountable if you choose to purchase any of our lines and don’t agree at a later date to our terms and conditions. Purchasing from our site automatically dictates your agreement to these conditions.
If you are a business customer this is our entire agreement with you, and these terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these terms and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation, or negligent misstatement.
Placing a order via our website

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you with your order number to accept your order.

This point is where a contract will come into existence between you and us.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, we will send an acceptance order email with your order number.

Once an order has been placed we will start the process of sending your items to you. Once this has been placed, we cannot usually amend, change, or cancel your order. However, please contact us immediately, and if possible we will try to resolve this for you.

Lustrelash reserve the right to cancel/refund any orders where a discount coupon has been used incorrectly, or used incorrectly does not apply to your purchase.please note multiple discounts cannot be applied or used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to cancel any orders, purchase or discount codes (where applicable) We will however ensure we notify you of this information via email that has been provided If this occasion was to arise.

If we are unable to accept your order what ever the reason may be, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. If you have paid for your products, we will refund this to you by the same means you have paid. Ie if you have paid via your credit card, this will be refunded to your credit card you made the original payment from.
How to make payment
We have various options for payment, these are listed on our website.
If you wish to make payment by BACS (Bank Transfer), cheque or cash– We will only begin to process of picking your order after the payment has been received in our bank account. Delay in making this payment may affect dispatch time. (Please email us on info@lustrelash.com for further assistance)
Pricing
Pricing is stated on all our products. Although care and attention is taken to ensure pricing is correct at the time of purchase, there may be error, or outdated information on our site.
If this situation should occur, we will contact you to ask if you wish to cancel your order. We are under no obligation to offer the price listed, however if we choose to do so, this will be under our own discretion, and will not be considered for future orders if we choose to do so.
Delivery
Once your order has been processed, we will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, we are not in control of your delivery once this has left our warehouse.
Unfortunately we do currently not offer a click and collect service.
We are not responsible for address errors or typos at checkout. If you enter the wrong address at checkout, we cannot accept liability for non-delivery. Please ensure you check your address thoroughly before completing checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time, and any damages that may occur, modding delivery or undelivered items, if any as we use a third party supplier.
We will endeavour to help assist where possible in the eventuality, if this was to arise.
If you require your delivery for a specific day or time, please ensure you order with sufficient time to receive your goods.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible. We will ensure all possible steps are taken to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a full refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

We will choose the fasted delivery method for your shipment to be received by you at the time of order, however we cannot be held accountable for incorrect delivery information.
Please ensure this is correct at the time of placing your order.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions to ensure your delivery is received by you, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
Failure to notify us of any damage, missing items, or any issues with your delivery within 5 days of receiving your delivery. We will not be liable after this timeframe to assist you with your order.
We cannot be held liable for unreceived goods, or items lost in post/delivery. In the eventuality of this occurrence, please contact the delivery agent as well as ourselves on info@lustrelash.com with your order information.
If a product is not delivered to you and the tracking shows as delivered, you have 5 days to report a non-delivery of the product to us. Please contact us on info@lustrelash.com
In cases where non-delivery is not reported within 5 days we will conclude that you have received the product.
In all cases where the order is reported as not delivered by you (the buyer), but tracking shows it is delivered and a signature/ image of proof of delivery, a formal investigation will take place by us to assess what has happened. We will notify you of our investigation via email.
We do not refund or replace deliveries that tracking shows as "delivered" so if this situation was to arise, we will need to ask for additional information from you at this time. Failure to be able to provide further information about this will result in us not being able to investigate this further on your behalf, and we advise you to contact the delivery provider if you are unable to disclose further information.
Delivery charges, where applicable are charged at a flat rate.
Our products
As much as we endeavour, all of our products on our website and social media platforms are well described. We have multiple images of each line, however products you receive may vary slightly from their pictures.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and this is not the exact product you will receive.
Although you will receive the product that is identical, it is not the exact product that has been photographed. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately on our website, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. (Your received product may vary slightly from those images)
Product packaging may vary from that shown in images on our website for reasons stated above.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, all products that require a refund must be returned in its original/unopened packaging with seals still intact.
We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn.
For returns on unwanted items, you must return them within 5 days of receiving the item.
Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, Lustrelash ltd are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.
In the unusual event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty you must notify us in 5 days of receiving your item.
Prior to making any returns. You must first contact us on info@lustrelash.com for further details on how to proceed with your return. All returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date once they have been received back at our HQ.
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure hygiene stickers have not been tampered/ removed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and this can take upto 5 days to process as per our banking policy.
Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to exchange or return an item, you must notify our customer service team on info@lustrelash.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
If an exchange or return is applicable, the item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If returning from OUTSIDE the UK please ensure you list your return stating ‘item return’.
If this is not listed, it will incur import taxes, and this will either be rejected by us, or we will charge back the charges to you.
Changes
OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
We may at sometime need to make changes to our product or your order.
This will include, but not limited to reflect.
(a)changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and or (b) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.
(c) This might be because the product is out of stock.
(d) We have identified an error of listing description in the price or description of the product.
(e) because we are unable to meet a dispatch deadline if you have specified.
Your order
Once you have placed an order, you will shortly receive your order number on your receipt via the email you have provided. Please ensure all your details are correct before placing your order. So In the eventuality of needing to quote your order we can ascertain you are the account holder.
The order number that is assigned to your order, this will tell you what your product order is with an estimated delivery time.
If at any time you need to discuss your order with us, please have this number to hand so we are able to locate your information and ensure we are speaking with the account holder.
